The Earth Day Kids website features an AI-powered assistant (“Earthy”) that answers questions about our mission, shares environmental facts, and offers fun quizzes and games. Please read this disclaimer to understand how Earthy works.

1. Earthy Is an AI Assistant, Not a Human

Earthy is an artificial intelligence chatbot, not a real person. While Earthy is designed to sound warm and friendly, it does not have feelings, personal experiences, or independent judgment. Responses are generated automatically based on programmed information and general knowledge.

2. Accuracy of Information

We work to make sure Earthy provides accurate, age-appropriate information about The Earth Day Kids and general environmental topics. However, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Earthy should not be relied upon as the sole source for important decisions, and users should verify important information independently or contact us directly.

  • Earthy does not make promises on behalf of The Earth Day Kids regarding donations, partnerships, or events; those matters are handled by our staff directly

To improve Earthy’s accuracy and safety, conversations may be reviewed or used to improve the assistant’s responses. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in your chats.
